Pre-Order & Deposit Policy
Our handcrafted aero parts are built to order. Every component is carefully manufactured by hand to ensure the highest level of quality and fitment. Because of the custom nature of our products, production requires significant time and planning.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are for products that have not yet been manufactured. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your production slot before manufacturing begins.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.
As a benefit for pre-order customers, deposits are offered at a discounted pre-order price.
The remaining balance, including applicable shipping charges, will be due before your order ships.
Estimated production time is approximately 6–8 months from the date your order is placed.
Production estimates are approximate and may vary due to material availability, manufacturing schedules, supplier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that the estimated production timeframe does not include shipping or transit time. Delivery times will vary depending on your shipping destination and carrier.
No Refunds or Cancellations
Because every pre-order reserves production capacity and materials specifically for your order, all pre-order deposits and payments are non-refundable. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated production timeline and understand that delays may occur.
How the Deposit Program Works

Pay the required 50% deposit at checkout to reserve your production slot at the discounted pre-order price.
We begin production according to our manufacturing schedule.
Once your order is completed and ready to ship, we will contact you to collect the remaining balance, including shipping charges.
After final payment is received, your order will be packaged and shipped.
Production & Availability
As a manufacturer of handcrafted aero components, our products are built in limited production runs rather than mass-produced such as China. This allows us to maintain strict quality standards but also means production schedules can vary. We appreciate your patience and understanding while your order is being crafted. We are a small team of 2.5 men, not a large scale Chinese manufacturer. Our team lead and owner Steveo is also a Military member who regularly attends required training. These unforeseen circumstances can affect production and shipping times.

Why’s it take so long? Watch and find out
Each one of our aero parts was developed the old school way, sculpted by hand with assistance of CAD (cardboard assisted design) fiberglass and old school body work. Once a part is finished to high quality finish for paint work, it is then painted to a professional finish. Once that paint cures, it is then polished to a flat finish with no orange peel, if needed. Once that process is complete, the mold process is started. Depending on the part, it can range from a 2-4 flange part requiring some technical skill on understanding negative spaces, negative returns and possible mechanical lock of a part after the entire mold process is completed. This has happened and when it does the plug is usually ruined and not salvable. This takes time and pre planning to ensure that does not happen. After all an original plug can take HOURS to make, so we do not want to damage it. After that process is completed, now the post process work of the mold starts. Polishing the mold, any imperfections or small damage, as well as reinforcing the mold to ensure the lifespan is guaranteed to last. Then the mold is prepared for its first part. Part is produced, taken out of the mold, post work on any damages and prepped for customer to install once delivered. Then the process repeats with every order.
